Is A Painful, Bleeding And Enlarging Mole On The Neck A Concern?

i had a mole (not flat) on my neck and it started getting bigger and hurting. 2 days ago the top layer of skin came off exposing a pink pip underneath. Painful to the touch with light bleeding. I ve kept it clean and covered, but it s still raw and painful. Should I be concerned?
