A large mass, lump has popped up literally overnight on the inside of my upper thigh precariously close to the opening of my vagina. It resembles a huge huge pimple and is painful. It does not appear to have a head and it is painful to sit. Should I go to the emergency room

it can only be an abscess. local examination with palpation raised local temperature if inflammation is confirmed then warm phomantation is required. take tab combiflam twice daily after food. Can take systemic antibiotic. Incision and drainage is to be finally done
