Is A Painless, Rough Skin Hanging From The North Part Of My Vagina After First Intercourse Something Serious?

I have a skin hanging out of my vagina. It s in North part of my vagina. It feels like rough skin, it is painless. But it feels weird to touch and i can feel it when I wear a pad. Is it something bad? I am 24 years old and it appeared after my first sexual intercourse.
