Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that elderly female patient is having blurred vision.
This is unlikey to be caused by stroke. This can be caused by more common causes like cataract, age related macular degeneration...
Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for examination for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
