Is A Raised Red Bump At The End Of The Stitches Post Incision A Cause For Concern?

I am a small lump at the end of some stitching. They use dissolvable stitching and there was a little bit there but it has come off naturally but it looks like there is now a spot but I am not sure if it is or not. Around the area it is red and my skin is raised. I was wondering if you knew what it could be and what I should do
