Is A Rash On The Body Of A Toddler Due To Amoxicillin?

My 3 year old grand daughter has had a rash for a couple of weeks. Her doctor thinks it is a reaction to amoxicylum. She still has the rash and it has been 2 weeks since her last dose. The rash fades but then reappears. What do you feel our next steps should be?
