Is A Recurring Muscle Spasms In Chest Area A Concern?

I am having muscle spasms on the right middle chest area every time I bend over...it goes away as quick as it comes kind of like having gas but it s up too high to be my colon spasaming . Yesterday when it happened I got very very little light headed but when I stood up for a second it went away. I have no heart problems except due to Phen Phen I have an aortic that does not close all the time..I see cardio every year. Any concern

Pain in middle chest bending suggests that the pain is muscular. I suggest you to use muscle relaxant for the pain. However, before taking any medication, it would be good if you consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment and thus management.
