Is A Red Blister On The Eyelid A Cause For Concern?

Good afternoon. I rubbed my lower eyelid this morning, and now have what appears to be a large (1 cm long) blister full of blood. My vision is fine, and there is no discomfort. It just looks hideous. The blood seems to coagulate and dry up around the eyelid. It is Sunday so I prefer not to visit a hospital ER of local Quick Med clinics.
