Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Is A Red Blister On The Eyelid A Cause For Concern?
Good afternoon. I rubbed my lower eyelid this morning, and now have what appears to be a large (1 cm long) blister full of blood. My vision is fine, and there is no discomfort. It just looks hideous. The blood seems to coagulate and dry up around the eyelid. It is Sunday so I prefer not to visit a hospital ER of local Quick Med clinics.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be allergic condition and it can be give try with anti-histamine eye drops but it is highly advisable to consult the ophthalmologist, without the eye examination diagnosis is not possible and condition can not be taken as granted hope this information helps.
