Is A Red Spot Under The Penis A Symptom Of A Yeast Infection?
Last night I noticed on my husband‘s penis on the underneath side has about a quarter size red spot shiny smooth an could tell a difference from the other skin around the penis not soft. Have not change laundry soap. Wondering if it could just be chafing or maybe a yeast infection?

Unprotected sex leading to STI can have such symptoms.
If it's a yeast infection there will itching. It can also be a bacterial infection and applying a simple antibiotic cream will help you.
