Is A Second Dose Of Shingles Vaccination Advisable For A Person With Vasculitis?

About five years ago I developed vasculitis in my lower legs. I have been on multiple medications since then. I most recently had a fling with shingles and am being told I should consider another shingles vacination even though I ve had one. The vasculitis came about a month after the shingles vacination. My primary is telling me I m age related(73) immune deficient. I don t know which way to turn. Can you give me any guidance?
