Is A Sharp Tingling Feeling In Buttocks And Lower Back Due To Bug Bite A Cause For Concern?

I had a little black Beatle looking bug stuck in my shorts, causing a sharp tingling feeling throughout my whole butt and lower back but with me having sciatica nerve problems I thought it was that but then the bug was found and removed from my shorts and the tingling stopped...should I be concerned? This just recently happened today.
