Hi,

Small abscess what you have noticed on the penis is not much of serious concern.

Generally, it can be treated with oral antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medications and local application of the antibiotic cream.

However, it needs to be examined clinically before instituting the treatment. Kindly consult Surgeon in this regard for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
