Is A Small Bump On The Nape With Numbness Around The Neck And Arms A Concern?

Two months ago I hit my head, a few days later I had a small bump in the back right side of my neck. It is getting larger and I have numbness from my neck down my arms and into my fingers. I have no bump on the left side of my neck, I am also getting headaches. I had a CT and the Dr,l said it was some type of spasam and should go away in a few weeks, it has not.

Hello,

Bump on the neck may or may not be related to numbness down the arms.
Numbness down the neck and associated headaches may be due to cervical spondylosis.
I suggest you consult your orthopedician for clinical assessment and thus management.
Spasm can cause headache but unlikely to cause numbness in arms.
