13 year old granddaughter fell out of a tree about 12 days ago. She just discovered there is a dent in her skull where she landed. It is an elongated dent about 2 inches long, about 1/8 inch deep and perhaps 1/2 inch wide. She has been experiencing an occasional headache (though she gets them sometimes, not that often) and hinks she is having trouble remembering things that should be easily remembered. Advice?
