Is A Small Nodule In The Upper Lobe Of The Lung A Concern?
I was diagnosed with a very small nodule in the upper right lobe of my lung by a CT scan. I saw an Oncologist and it was measured at 8mm. I was told it was very small and to repeat a CT with contrast. This will be done in a couple of weeks. She said it was too small to biospy and it might even be cancer. It was not there 2 years when another Ct scan of the lungs were done for a different reason. If this nodule has not grown, what would be the course of action to determine what it? IE: go to Pulmonaloogist? Also, I just got the results from the Colonguard colon test and it was positive, my MD said it doesn t mean it s cancer but, could be a hemerroid, diticuli, etc. Do you agree.
