Is A Small White Dot On The Internal Cheek Anything Serious?

hi I'm about to be 19 and I've dipped for nearly 3 years I quit about 5 days ago and I guess it's the anxiety but there's this small white dot on the inside of my cheek it doesn't hurt but it's been 3 days since I noticed it and nothing has changed and it's really starting to freak me out I was hoping someone could talk to me about this and help me calm down

I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.

Brief Answer :
You need not to worry as it could be just a Ulcer

Detailed Answer :
As a physician I would like to tell you that you need not be anxious this much because this could be just a small Oral ulcer or other injury by your teeth. I suggest that you should maintain proper oral hygiene, Take a healthy diet, have a proper 6-8 hours sleep, Avoid spicy food, Avoid smoking, alcohol etc. Take some OTC multavitamin supplements Like Tab.Zincovit & the ulcer will be gone in no time.

Also I would like to tell you that you should keep an eye on other warning signs like bleeding from ulcer, increasing number, continous pain. In these cases you should visit a Physician and shoul have it checked to rule out chances of Malignancy.
