Hello. My daughter is almost 3 years, she has fever, is restless, is twitching in her hands, has difficulty sometimes when breathing. I had given her Tridex, a cough and cold syrup that has pcm and other ingredients in it. Each time she turns, she cries out or moans in her sleep. Its 2am in Kenya. Can I sponge her down? She has had two incidences of pneumonia...

sponging will reduce the temperature.if she has high temperature she might get a episode of seizure.watch her carefully.if temperature doesnt reduce take her to a physician.
