General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It is just an inflammatory reaction. Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself.

As a first line management, you can apply topical steroids like betamethasone for symptomatic relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
