Is A Surgery Advisable For An Ovarian Cyst?

Hi, i was recently diagnosed to have hemmorhagic ovarian cyst, complicated. It measures around 7cm. Do i need to undergo surgery? Or should I wait for few months? Does it disappears itself also like other ovarian cyst? I don t feel any symptoms I just accidentaly found it out. Please I need your advice. Thanks.

I really appreciate your concern, if it is the ovarian cystic disease then it seldom needs surgical treatment most of the time it comes around on its own even may not need medical management, and it is nothing to worry, if the condition have some symptoms then and then surgery can be thought hope this information helps.
