Is A Surgery Required For Knee Tear?

hi doctor this is priya from hyderabad,8 years back in my knee acl tear happened i showed to some doctors they said no need to worry donot go for operation take some medicine and take rest because they told me basically iam a housewife thatis why they didnot prefer me to go for the operation.now my age is 26 after my delivery i puton my weight .my weight is 83kgs now problem is suppose any little water isonthe fioor if i didnot see that water in hurry i am skidding continuously iam not balancing myself what u suggested to me cani go for surgery or any other solution ?
