Is A Temporary Paralytic Attack On A Leg A Concerning Issue?

Hi, I woke up and my right leg was paralyzed for couple of minutes. Tried to stand on it and sprained my ankle. After the paralysis was gone I had needles and pins sensation in the same leg. After a while I started having the needles sensation in my right arm as well. After 5 min everything was back to normal. Is that something to be worried for?Earlier I had occasional pain in my right leg from my knee and going to the calf. On rare occasion the pain was starting from my hip.
