Is A Thickened Endometrium In A Non-bulky Uterus A Cause For Concern?

Hello what does an anteverted non bulky/non -gravid uterus with homogeneous myometrial echo texture measured about 52mm × 40mm in length and AP diameter. The endometrium is echogenic and thickened, measuring about 10mm in thickness. Both adnexea are normal and free from any mass. What does this mean.

Please see that there is a fibroid in your uterus .
It should be taken care of .
If you have completed family or you are above 40 years then you can go for open or laparoscopic hysterectomy .
Other options are drugs which are given to shrunk the fibroid as combined pills or Danazol etc .
