Endometrium: 0.86 cm Intact, Hyperechoic Others: within the LO is unilocular cystic structure measuring 1.85 x 1.87cm with crenated borders ( suggestive of corpus luteum IMPRESSION: Normal Uterus Intact Secretory Phase Endometrium Normal Ovaries with corpus luteum, left Hoping for your immediate reply. As per my clinical experience, the presence of a corpus luteum suggests pre ovulation time lines which have to be co-related to the LMP dates.
