Hello,

Maybe posted laxative abuse constipation or laxative dependence lead to constipation. Eat high fiber diet and regular exercise and yoga. Drink plenty of water and eat green leafy vegetables. Also the possibility of food intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problem etcetera. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
