Is Abdominal Bloating Normal A Month After Hysterectomy?

Hi I had my hysterectomy about 5 weeks ago. The overies were not removed. I m still feeling very bloated and swollen. I have cut out wheat diary and sugar out of my diet for the last few weeks. .. nothing seems to be helping. Please help. Is this normal and how long will it last. I look n like I am 4-5 months pregnant .
