Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Vomiting is common in early pregnancy, so do are headache and pain in lower abdomen.
However, if the headache or pain are severe, or there are several episodes of vomiting in a day, then she should get treatment as an inpatient as other causes like increased blood pressure, hyperemesis gravidarum and liver pathology should be ruled out.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
