Is Abdominal Pain And Nausea Due To Flare Up Of Gastroparesis?

About five years ago I was diagnosed with Gastropaeresis through a gastric emptying study, I made several dietary changes, and exercise changes and have been relatively symptom free for so long I assumed I was cured. Recently I have been suffering with pain, nausea, and appetite loss, is this likely a flare up of the original disorder?

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the same condition as it was and it has to be taken as new symptoms unless it is being proved the same again till then it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
