Is Abdominal Tightness Normal After A Hysterectomy With Burch Procedure?

I had an abdominal hysterectomy along with the burch procedure on 16 June 2014. My uterus, cervix, and right filopion tube were removed due to fibroids. I was told my uterus was about 10 times its normal size due to the fibroids. It has been 4 weeks since my surgery and I still feel a great deal of tightness in my abdomen to where it feels like I have to be careful standing up straight. Is this normal and when should I expect it to start feeling a little normal.
