i may have consumer a small portion of a knife tip?... I was using to spate frozen ribs... it wasn t until I had finished a small portion of the ribs did I realize the knife I was using to seperate the ribs with was missing the sharp tip?... I should have noticed it while chewing right?...

You would have likely felt some abrasion or injury to some aspect of your gastrointestinal tract particularly your mouth or esophagus.

It is likely that the tip feel off elsewhere.
