Is Actilife Powder Safe For Knee Pain?

Hello Doctor, my weight is currently 96 kg and i have some problem in my right knee due to sudden jerk days back. Somebody has suggested me to take ACTILIFE powder. Could you please suggest me whether its good for me or not. Also please tell me how to cure this problem. I am consistently trying to lose some weight.
