Is Adenomyosis In A Bulky Uterus Along With Visible Intramural Fibroid And Cysts A Serious Condition?

ultrasound reprt: uterus is bulky with globular shape and inhomogeneous myometrial echotexture and increased myometrial vascularity ? adenomyosis. intramural fibroid of size 9.7 mm seen in posterior wall of uterus. small echogenic structure in cervical canal endometrium with vascular pedicle seen within cavity?pedunculated polyp. the endometrial thickness is 10.4 mm.it is thickened and echogenic with few cyst are seen within.,larger of size 8.4mm. vascularity is noted within endomedelayedtrium. Age:55 complaint:delayed manopause.Irregular period.Piease suggest
