Is Air Travel Safe After Recovering From Pneumonia?

Hi Doctor My Mother in Law (68 years) caught Pneumonia and is recovering well. Presently on antibiotics. Returned to normal temperature after one day of antibiotic. Cough has not fully cured. Is it safe to have air travel( 4 hours) after 5 days. Thanks Vipin
