Is Alcohol Consumption Safe Following Endoscopic Sinus Surgery ?

i am post op day 10 folllowing endoscopic sinus surgery , have had no bleeding for 3 days. Is it safe to have wine?

you shouldnot drink alcohol in any form as it prolongs the bleeding and clotting time,you may get bleeding episodes and the it wont stop ,,as nasal mucosa has rich blood supply and is very soft,,,even we say it is like a safety valve of pressure cooker, when your blood pressure rises bleeding from nose starts as a sign to control blood pressure.

hello... yes it is safe but in moderate quantity.. only if the medication u r taking post op is not containdicating it
