my child is 3 years old weighing 11.5 kg,she is suffering from cold ..symptoms=coughing at times and slight congestion,Dr. has prescribed 1.AMBROLITE D syrup(DEXTROMETHORPHAN(cetrizine,dextromethorphan,phenylephrine)
2.ASCORIL LS(levosalbutamol,ambroxal,guiaphenesin)
3.ALLEGRA(fexofenadiene)
is it safe to give this drug combination?will it not give too much sedation?
