helo sir...i am having a running nose for past 10 days and my doctor told its allergic rhinitis and recommended medler and flomist spary. sir is it a curable disease or i will have to take medicine for it throughout my life? and sir what diet should i take to cure and prevent it? plz guide me sir ?

let the current episode pass away..might b just a viral infection..if it happens again get a ct pns done and consult me again
