Is An Elisa Test Result At 41 Days Conclusive?

I had an unprotected sex with unknown status women for two minutes and ejaculated inside after that incident I had ars symptoms except fever and rash I had gone through DNA pcr at 22 days, Elisa at 41 days,cmia at 49 came back negative but still I have symptoms ,is that result conclusive??
