Is An Allergic Reaction To Vaginal Fluids Possible In Men?

I have noticed what I thought was a heat rash in my groin area, i.e my inner thighs and on the sides and bottom of my scrotum. Now in the past I have gotten heat rash in this area and I was informed that once you have gotten a heat rash in a specific area you are more likely to have it reaccour. This time however only seems to happen after inter course with my girlfriend. It itches like crazy and I just started using Cortizone 10 intense healing. The first couple of times I used the cream it noticeably got rid of the symptoms and the rash was all but gone. My girlfriend and I had intercourse last night and the rash seems to have gotten worse again despite using the cream. My question is is it possible that I am having an allergic reaction to her vaginal fluids, or her feminine products? I have never had this issue with any other woman I have ever slept with so I am at a loss. Not only that but how do I have that conversation with her stating the possibility of being allergic to her vaginal fluids? I really love this girl and I want to continue to have a healthy sex life with her, please help.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
You are not allergic to vaginal fluid. Most probably you have fungal infection. Fungus thrives on warm and moist skin like groin. That’s why fungal infections are more common in summer. Contributing factors are high humidity, heat, perspiration, diabetes mellitus, obesity, friction from clothes. Fungal infection is contagious. Transmission occurs via infected towels, linens, and clothing. Infection can be avoided by lifestyle and hygiene modifications.
Advice
1.     Apply antifungal cream containing clotrimazole, steroid and antibiotic such as Lobate GM cream thrice daily
2.     Fluconazole 150 mg twice weekly for 2 months
3.     Wear loose cotton undergarment
4.     Avoid sharing clothing, towels, or bed sheets
5.     Wash clothes and bed sheets in hot water with fungicidal soap
6.     Do not scratch to much
7.     Take high protein diet such as eggs and cheese to boost immunity
8.     Investigation – blood sugar (fasting & postprandial)
Consult a dermatologist if you are not getting relief from these measures
Thanks
