Is An Atrial Fib Relieved After A Bowel Movement Normal?
I have been in atrial fib since 4 AM. It stopped as soon as I had a bowel movement this evening. The same thing happens and has happened since 1987. It also occurs when I feel loaded with gas. As soon as I belch (I drink a coke to promote the belch) I return to sinus. I ve taken every test a cardiologist can give and pass with flying colors. Any ideas?

Even a good physician may miss the diagnosis of AFib. How can you make a diagnosis of AFib and also may feel that it's now being transforming to normal sinus rhythm??
I Want to reassure that its nothing more than bloating and gastrointestinal tract thats showing it up to you. Your heart has no relation to all of this.
If you have constipation,treat that, if other symptoms, ask your physician. But it's not at all cardiac.
