Is An Ectopic Pregnancy While Having Cysts A Cause For Concern?

i have a right adnexa of 8.6cmx4.4cmx3.6cm with two cysts. the first measures 5.5cmx3.2cm and the second measures 2.8cmx3.6cm on the right adnexa on the left i have a cyst of 4.9cm x5.5cm x4.9cm. it was 4.2x4.4 in august 2016.Should I worry ? Also had an ectopic pregnancy in August 2016. i am 35yrs old with one child who is 9yrs old.
