General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The 41 liver enzyme value cannot be considered high. So she is not having elevated liver enzymes value.

Her hemoglobin level is low. For that I suggest investigate as follow...
_Blood indices
_Peripheral smear examination report
_Serum ferritin, iron estimation
_Serum TIBC estimation

You can revert back with reports once done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
