Is An Enlarged Heart And Abnormal EKG Worrisome?

I am 47 years old. I had an EKG done today and it showed normal sinus rhythm and abnormal t wave and st wave. I had previously had ct scan done and it showed enlarged heart but chest X-Ray was normal. I do have a history of paricardial effusion. Should I be worried. I do have anxiety issues.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the condition is asymptomatic then this is nothing to worry, history of effusion nothing to take with the EKG finding but this could be due to coronary insufficiency and this need to be ruled out and for this better to get done the ECHO and coronary angiography, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
