Is An Injection Needed After A Biscuit Was Snatched From A Child S Hand By A Monkey When There Are No Signs Of Any Scratches Or Bruising?

Hello....doctor. my son is 2 years old, a monkey took biscuit from his hand. Actually we did not see it....we just assumed that the monkey would have taken. There is no visible sign of scratch on him, neither was he crying. Is it a matter of concern...should we take the injections
