Hello there! I have a transvaginal ultrasound and the results shows a slighlty enlarged anteverted uterus with an intramural myoma, upper interior, 3. 4x2. 8x3. 1cm. The endometrium measures 1. 7 cm an hyperechoic. Both ovaries are normal in size and echotexture with corpus lutuem in the left. Minimal free fluid in the cul-de-sac. Pls tell me what the result is written. Thanks in advance.
