iam a mother of a 26 year old female im veryb worried she has been tired swollen tonsils lyphmnodes her her blood work shows ok except her wbc is 3.1 they says its epstein bar she has a very itchy rash also im scared its cancer swhe had mono in college

The itchy rash with blood work showing WBC of 3.1 narrates low immunity from possible bacterial or viral infection.

This does not sound to panic for cancer at all. Wish her fine recovery.
