Is An Open Sore A Possible Indication Of Diabetes?

Age: 39 Height: 5 10 Weight: 200 lb High risk for developing diabetes due to overweight. No known viral or bacterial diseases. Is an open sore or sores a possible indication of diabetes developing? Is penis size genetic or due to the lack of sex during teen age years or atrophie due to lack of sex for many years?

You have asked two questions,
Regarding your first question,
No only sore or wound don't shows that you have got diabetes,
If the wound healing is delayed then diabetis can be suspected along with frequent micturation,increased thirst ,guidiness.
To keep a eye on it and yo detect it early you can undergo a random blood glucose test.
Regarding your second question yes penis grows till puberty and its genetic,
Lack of sex during early life afterwards is no reason for its atrophie,
Medically penis is considered small when its small than 2-3 inches when erect,
Be confident,
Live a happier life,
