Hello, I have developed what I guess I would call an ulcer a little bit under my clitoris. I ve only been sexually active for about a month and I m 19, same sexual partner. At first I thought it was from a scratch from foreplay. But then I started thinking and I worried myself, it s been about two times that I ve bleed after intercourse, is this related in any form? Maybe an infection or STD? (I ve only had intercourse a maximum of 6 times and never used protection, the ulcer/abscess (most likely ulcer) has only been there for a day or two)
Thanks for query on HCM. This type of ulcer usually occurs after unprotected, rough sex, improper hygiene, scratching after severe perspiration. There might be minor cut or abrasion initially but late on development of infection. (Fungal/bacterial/mixed infection) Take proper local care. Avoid tight undergarment and sex till get recovery. Start to apply antibiotic, anti fungal cream on it. It will recover within 3 to 5 day, otherwise start oral fluconazole and proper antibiotic under guidance of gynecologist.
