Is An Ultrasound Scan Showing A Bulky Uterus Filled With Homogenous Myometrial Echoes Along With A Right Ovarian Cyst Normal?

I have bulky uterus with right ovarian cyst. It became cancer or not .uterus increased in size and filled with homogenous myometrial echoes.endometrial echoes normal. Thickness 8mm. Right adnexa shows two cystic lesin size 4.26x4.10cm and 2.49x1.98cm . Thickwall cavity,no internal echoes no sepatation. Left ovary size. 2.91x1.76cm. These all scan report shows
