Is An Unintentional Extra Dose Of Relent Harmful For A 13-year-old Boy?

I gave my son who is 13yrs old,a tablet of relent as prescribed by our pediatrician, not realize I had already given him the tablet ,I gave him another 7.5ml of zyrcold syrup with in 45min of taking the tablet,its almost 3hrs since I gave him the medicine.pls advice

The extra dose of cetirizine will only have a little bit more sedative effect.

So don't worry, nothing serious.
