Hello Dr., I visited a massage parlor at the hotel I’m staying at in Doha. The lady was Thai; she gave me a massage and then performed a handjob. My concern is that when she did this, she approached from behind with oil on her hands and played with my anus. I looked back, but I’m unsure if she licked my anus or not. It felt strange, and even though I looked back twice, I don’t think she did—perhaps it was just my anxiety playing tricks on me. She also attempted to insert her finger into my anus but stopped when I said no. They explained to me that oral sex is zero risk because saliva doesn’t transmit the virus. Is this the same for anus licking?
