Is Angiogram Done For A Carotid-cavernous Fistula?

My brother-in-law has had a blind spot when he looks down, otherwise he can see just fine. They saw a doctor yesterday and found out he has a fistula. Goiing to have angiogram done. I was wondering will they be doing a coronary angiogram or brain? My sister didn t ask a lot of questions (shocked) and we are wondering what to expect. Many thanks for your help.

angiogram is basically a scan of vessels. since your brother has a problem in the eye, the angiogram will be related to the corresponding blood vessel in that area supplying the retina.
